What Causes Severe Dizziness And Nausea?
Hello. Within the last three days I have had two dizzy spells - one when driving the car into my driveway, another when I was just relaxing on the sofa. The first was extreme dizziness with nausea that lasted for approx. 15 minutes. The second lasted 5 minutes. I have been under a lot of stress at work lately and am wondering if this is related?

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
