What Causes Severe Dizziness After Taking Tramadol?
I had knee replacement surgery on both knees. The last surgery was March 2. I have been feeling dizzy when I lie down. I ve reduced my pain meds to only before bed beginning yesterday. Prior to that, I took Norco every 6 hours and Tramadol every 6 hours. I timed the meds so I was taking something every 3 hours, if that makes sense. the dizziness began Sunday evening. I ve also had diarrhea and no appetite since Thursday. any ideas what is happening?

Its just a side effect from the pain killer you are taking...so my advice to you is to reduce the frequency and quantity of this medication if you can ,if you can't take something like zofran or primpran ampules taken once per day to decrease this dizziness
