Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You have depressive disorder and are taking 45 mg Mirtazapine and 75 mg Quetiapine. Quetiapine is an antipsychotic drug which is also a mood stabiliser. The drug has been added to your prescription to reduce mood swings and to supplement the actions of Mirtazapine which is an antidepressant drug. As your symptoms are persisting even on Mirtazapine so I'd advise you to consult your doctor again for necessary dose adjustments. Drugs like Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Lamotrigine, Omega-3-Fatty Acids etc can be added to prescription to supplement the actions of antidepressant drug. Please discuss with your doctor for these drugs and take proper prescription of the drug.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
