General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This pain looks to be arising from. the back. Probably there is some nerve trapped in the back and hence causing discomfort in the thigh and down.

Many people do have this problem. We need an MRI scan of the back after examination for the confirmation. Treatment is much time with physiotherapy and some painkiller. So see your doctor and discuss with them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
