Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe cramps in legs which seems to be due to viral infection , sinusitis , disc problem or sciatica . Sometimes vitamin deficiency like vitamin B 12 or allergic reaction can also cause such symptoms. I would suggest you to visit orthopedic surgeon once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. Doctor may order nerve conduction test and take history and prescribe nerve supplement along with anti inflammatory recommend physical therapy . You should lessen use of milk and milk products. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine. Avoid stress , drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration. Avoid fast foods, carbonated drinks & gas producing food products like cabbage and dairy product, etc. Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Do gentle massage of legs with flax seed oil .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
