General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
After going through the description, it appears that you are having constipation as well as problems with formation of stools properly.
Kindly get a stool examination done. You can do the following which would improve your symptoms.
1. Eat diet rich in fibres and drink plenty of water.
2. Include more of vegetable salads and fruit like papaya, apple or banana in your diet.
3. Take stool softner and bulk-forming laxative like Psyllium powder with water everyday at bedtime.
4. Avoid eating hard and junk food.
With this, your condition should improve gradually.
Hope the information provided is useful.
All the best.
