What Causes Severe Cold And Runny Nose Along With Tinnitus?

I am 43 , suffering with cold ie runny nose for so many ears. Two ears back I got operated my sinus and overgrown nodes in my nose. I have tried many anti allergic medicines , du nose spray , antibiotics but of no use . My doctor advised me nasal irrigation followed with dunose spray thrice a day , but it didnot Benifit. While doing irrigation it seems water has gone in my ears and buzzing / humming noise has started in my ears continuously from last two weeks. Please advise some positive treatment

Hi,

While doing nasal irrigation. Tiny droplets seem to have entered opening of the eustachian tube (that connects the ear & nasal cavity at back part of nose. This has caused inflammation/infection the tube resulting in the symptoms you have.

A needful course of anti inflammatory &antibiotic course would heal it. Please don't worry Consult an ENT specialist more specific treatment after the detailed examination.
