Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe burning sensation in earlobe which is due to infection of the ear lobe, boil on ear lobe or due to parotid gland swelling. It could be enlargement of lymph nodes in that region. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take a combination of Antibiotics/ antihistamines. Take Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen for pain and swelling. Apply Voltaren Gel locally. You should apply hot fomentation. Keep drinking hot water sip by sip. Take Tab Zincovit to fasten the healing. Symptoms will resolve in one week. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Once a proper diagnosis have been made, start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
