What Causes Severe Body And Pelvic Pain?

My mother is experiencing all over body pain but but the main source is on her left side on her back above her hip. Pain her pelvic area also. Her appendix has been removed when hysterectomy was done years ago. She has a Dr appointment on January 6th but should she be seen sooner. Its been going on and not getting better for a few days now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in pelvis along with pain in her back may be due to arthritis related as per age. because her appendix removed and also hysterectomy removed.

So those causes excluded. it might be nerve compression. better to have CT abdomen and physician check up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat,
