General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated on ultrasound KUB as well as urinalysis as both renal stone or urinary tract infection can cause such symptoms.
Drinking more water and using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along mwith anti spasmodic like drotavarine can help. A urologist review should be sought at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
