What Causes Severe Back Pain Following A Fall?

hello,,,,I have severe back pain following a fall last week,, i saw my GP yesterday and she gave me tramadol 4 times daily, my pharmacist says that I can take paracetamol asnwelas ibuprophin as well,,, Is this the case , and how should I take them,,, The tramadol on its own is nt helping,, thanks for your advice

I understand your concern.
see, tramadol is a better painkiller than paracetamol.
take tramadol 3-4 times daily. but also take tab pan-D once daily before breakfast.
also avoid much movement. apply alternate hot and cold compress twice daily.
get an xray ls spine and xray pelvis done.
