I wake up every morning in pain and covered in sweat due to my back injuries and taking pain meds, and while the bed is damp from it it has this rotting meat smell to it. Also when I was in school doing testing I had starting sweating and I got a whiff of that same rotting meat smell. But it seems when it drys up and I try to find the smell, I can never find it. It seems like it just vanishes. Its only there when I start to sweat. I think something in my body, like my organs are going bad or something. I also used to be on a heavy methadone dose, but I stopped that back in September, it s now march.. only reason I bring that up is because I read online that alot of methadone patients had problems with there sweat smelling funny. But it s been months. So, can you tell me what types of things could be wrong with me?
