Hello,

The given symptoms are nothing to worry, irregular menses is pretty common and mostly it happening due to hormone changes, it is also related with age, but it is nothing to worry unless it happens every month with other sever symptoms.

Diarrhea could be due to dyspepsia and passing of stool three to four times in a day is normal one. For the abdominal pain, tablet Paracetamol and Dicyclomine can be tried.

If the symptoms persist, then it may demands the medical attention for severe infection or GI pathology, or it could be dysmenorrhea (If the condition does not improved in couple of days then it is matter or worry).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
