What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Bloating?
Hi I am a 47 year old female. Have developed a swollen abdomen but also it feels like fluid filling up the area between my rib cage where my diaphragm is. I have had a wee nagging pain on my left lower abdomen for a few weeks but the swelling is the last couple of day. Had a few Xmas night our recently and wonder if I have over done it?

1)Take Flagyl 500 mg 2 times per day upto 7 days
2)Take [DISPEPTAL tablet] twice a day
3)Do stool exam and do Ultrasound whole abdomen
