What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Bleeding During Periods?
I normally experience severe cramping and heavy bleeding on my first day of my menstruation. This time however I experienced little to no cramping and the only blood I saw was the spotting that caused me to believe my period had started. Can you help explain the changes

Mag phos 30 6 pills twice in a day.
