What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Thick Red Vaginal Discharge?

Its already 1 year after my miscarriage and i was just given meds. I actually release a thick red something but after 1 year i was exexperiencing severe cramps and even fever. Do i need to let my uterus be doubled check or should i continue taking meds?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Thick red discharge, experiencing severe cramps and fever with history of miscarriage appears that there could be an infection of the uterine cavity as well as pelvis.
You need to get an ultrasound scan of pelvis and get evaluated clinically from a Gynecologist for proper advise and management.
