What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating?

I am a 5 3 petite lady, and it seems everything I eat or not eat I feel like I am nine months pregnant and stomach ready to burst. My stomach sticks out that I cannot fasten my jeans and feel like I have an enormous muffin top. What is going on and can you make any suggestions? Thank you...

Hello,

As this looks like the malfunction of the digestive system leading to bloating of the abdomen.

Also, there will be a weakness of the abdominal muscles which gets stretched when you eat something and HCl gets secreted in the stomach.

I will advise you to eat every 2 hours but don't eat to the fullest, eat only 70% of the hunger you have and eat again after 2 hours. This will improve the digestive system and improve metabolism.

Also, consume more of the hot water in a day to assist the digestive system. Do simple core stability exercise which will help avoid the overstretching of the muscles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
