What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating , Cramps And Diarrhea?

I have been having stomach issues for a very long time. At 1st I thought I thought I was lactose intolerant so I cut out milk and for a week or so I was better. Now all of my symptoms are back. It doesn t seem to matter what I eat and within minutes my stomach begins to extend and swell becoming extremely uncomfortable. Then I begin cramping and then diarrhea sets in for hours. Each time getting more watery and the bloating and swelling stays for hours. This occurs multiple times a week if I eat anything other than a ham sandwich. The diarrhea lasts for hours also and I feel nauseated and just very bad. Also I have started doing this when my menstrual cycle is about to happen. So basically I might have a couple good days a month/
