What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain And Bloating?

I m experiencing severe bloating; particularly in the upper abdomen. I look 4 months pregnant but am not. It has now moved to severe abdominal pain. The pain is elevated the moment I stand up and I am instantly out of breath. Please tell me how to proceed. Thank you!

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity could be the cause of the pain that you have if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Domperidone 20 mg, and hope this information helps.
