What Causes Several Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck And Groin Area?

My daughter is 28 and has several swollen lymph nodes in the neck area as well as the groin. Blood test was normal. Ultra sound showed lots of lymph nodes. No weight loss. But is tired. Has a one year old baby and doesn t get a lot of sleep. Besides the pregnancy she changed jobs and moved. Has a biopsy scheduled next week. What do you think this could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....

well enlarged lymph nodes are mostly due to acute or chronic infections and also tumors and lymphoma etc....from your description, it seems like a chronic infection that is persisting but some more examinations are to be done to reach the diagnosis....the biopsy should reveal it.....
also ask her to get 6 hours sleep at least per day and also some mutivitamin syrups to gain some energy....

hope this was useful.....
contact me for any further queries.....
will be happy to help.....
regards
