What Causes Sense Of Cigarette Smell, Headaches And Blurry Vision?
I don t smoke cigarettes, but for the past several days I smell cigarettes all the time. There is no one around me smoking and no one else can smell it. Very distracting as I really dislike the smell of cigarettes. I also have a sometimes sharp pain in the roof of my mouth, regular headaches, periodic blurred vision. This is also a very stressful time due to a mentally ill family member.

Stress, anxiety or depression can also cause such symptoms but I would either way recommend an elaborate evaluatioj by an ENT specialist first, and the ENT doctor has found nothing unusual you should also consult a neurologist, just to make sure we rule out everything before assuming the stress to be the cause.
