What Causes Sensation Of Spinning In A Heart Patient?
In February of this year I had a heart attack with a stint implanted in the LAD area, March I had a TIA and from what I am finding out I may be suffering from Vertigo The room spins when I have to move or bend over and recover to my feet fast I also get headaches and feel sick to my stomach. What do You recommend or think??
I have gone through your question carefully and understand your concern.
Your symptoms may be caused by a narrowed vertebral artery ( the artery which supply your posterior brain with blood) or by an inner ear problem.
From your past medical history, I understand that you have high risk for atherosclerosis and vessel narrowing. So a vertebral artery insufficiency is very probable to be the cause of your vertigo.
I would recommend you to consult with your GP, have a physical examination and a Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries to see the blood flow to the brain.

What Causes Sensation Of Spinning In A Heart Patient?
Hello! A consult with the ENT specialist may be necessary to exclude inner ear causes of peripheral vertigo. Hope to have been helpful! Greetings! Dr. Aida
