Hi, transparent tenacious fluid with urine may be prostatic fluid which may accompany urine. It is not uncommon in young age groups as prostatic secretion comes out on slight errection of penis, which is common. It may then come with urine. However, one should also look for possibility of albumin or phosphate. It is better to get the urine test done. If it is normal, then don't worry.
