General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The seizure is due to the repeated uncontrollable firing of neurons in the central nervous system making subsequent overworking of flexors and extensor muscles of the body depending upon the location of the lesion.

Usually, Topiramate and Lamotrigine are gold-standard medications for the same, but if seizures do present even after medicines, then there are other options available for this as well like Levotiracetam and others.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
