What Causes Seizures Inspite Of Taking Oleptal For Myoclonic Epilepsy?
Hello dr.This is sweta..,sir my husband is the patient of myoclonic epilepsy,he suffering from this desease from last 12 years. A neurosurgon whom he consulted ask him to take oleptal od 600mg twice a day in starting and later on he reduces it to 150mg once a day. He never had any seizure from last 10 years but suddenly yesterday he had a seizure. I want to know why did it happenand how can he come out by this desease. Plz help me..regards

I really appreciate your concern, this is very common phenomenon seen in epilepsy and it is nothing to worry, only thing is it may need some increase in dose else it is nothing to worry it is the part of disease hope this information helps.
