What Causes Seizure Attack Followed By Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain?

I had a seizure last night. My friends say it lasted 20-30 seconds. I was violently shaky til i fell asleep (roughly 4 hours after seizure) I have had shortness of breath and harsh chest pains constantly, and the area around my heart feels very warm. It is my first seizure and I do not know what to do.

Hi if it's the first time u have had a seizure and you are not on any medication it's important to see a doctor primarily to find out what happened and what caused you to have a seizure. Also in order to prevent such episodes from recurring you need to take some medicines. Kindly see a doctor soon. Take care :)
