Yes, I had knee replacement surgery Jan. 7th and all went as planned. However have . The Dr. has said he might have to put me back in the hospital to break up the scar tissue. What does this entail and what is the recovery like? Thank you! Claudia Fried

The scar tissue is usually caused by prolonged immobilization or local inflammation. The time of recovery from that is usually a couple of months.
