What Causes Scar On Nose, And Red Line Under My Eye After Nose Injury?

I fell down and bled a lot through my nose. The next day I had a scar on my nose. The second day a red line appeared under one of my eyes (on the face). The third day the line grew thicker and darker and a smaller red line appeared under my other eye.
What is going on? Why this delayed reaction?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the black line could be because of the ecchymosis or bleeding in the subcutaneous tissue secondary to trauma. nothing to worry..you can use topical ointment which breaks the clot like thrombophobe ointment. consult a oral physician to rule out any fracture of the bone. i hope my answer will help you. take care
