How To Treat Nose Injury With Tingles, swelling And Eye Watering?

I was head butted in the nose two days ago now on the left side of my nose. there's a bit of swelling on the left hand side of my nose next to my left eye. but whenever I touch where it's swollen the tip of my nose tingles, it feels like there's something moving between the cartlidge inside my nose and the skin and it causes my eyes to water. i think it could be something to do with the nerves in my nose but I'm not sure. ? can you help. ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this is not the nerve damage but this is soft tissue injury if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
It is better to get done the x-ray study if above mentioned drugs fails to respond, hope this information helps you, take care and have good day.
I find this answer helpful
