What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding And Nausea?
i just have a quick question on whether or not i should take a pregnancy test or if im just a worry wart. i got my period this month but i normally bleed heavily for five days no more no less and they are very painful with a lot cramping. this month it only lasted two full days with very light spotting on third day and then it was over with. i also hardly had any cramps and that is very unusual for me and so was the three day period. i have never had that happen before. And now i keep getting waves of nausiness more frequently than before and breast are very tender and feel sore. So i don t know if it was like this because im working extra hours at work while going to school causing extra stress or what but doing this isn t anything new for my body because i have been doing this off and on for years with out experiencing anything like this

First, let me tell you that if you are pregnant then you will not have periods for 3 days. it would be total absence of bleeding or light spotting occasionally. And still you think about pregnancy then have urine pregnancy test done.
As you told that you are working extra time and loss of stress, this is the reason for disturbance in your period. Stress change hormonal balance and menstruation affect. Nausea like feeling and breast tenderness may be due to change in hormonal balance or stress related mostly. So don't take much stress. Relax and happy life.
