What Causes Scaly Red Rashes On The Chin And Face?

I have broken out first on my chin and now my whole face is red. Under my chin and on parts of my face it is actually scaly. It itches horribly. Is this an allergic reaction to some product or something ingested? What would be the best way to treat this condition?

hi I have evaluated your query thoroughly
it seems like allergic skinreaction

first you wash your face with dettol soap and water 3-4times
apply calamine lotion on face
dont touch so much
take doxycycline twice a day for five days
