Hi my grandmother is 86, she found something on her nipple and asked me to look at it. Her vision is bad and she can only see shadows and light, so she would not be able to see any changes in the actual appearance of her breast. In looking at it, it appears there is a scab in the middle of her nipple where the opening is. She said it was not tender or sore, when she first noticed something she said it was moist but it no longer is. When I touched it and tried to remove the scab she said that it was then tender; we did not remove the sore. I could not see any results of discharge or anything else in her bra. The other nipple appeared somewhat dry and scaly, but did not have a scab as the left one does. Any suggestions?
