What Causes Running Nose And Wheezing In An Infant?

Hello,my daughter is 14month of age.she is suffering from cough from 7 days.wheezing souund is hearing.little bit running nose is occur.baby is very much disturbing.I am already took her levosulbutamol half tea spoon two times per day from 2 days but no improvement.please give a solution

Hi welcome to health care magic..

Your child having wheezing and cough...
So possibility is toward bronchiolitis...

Your baby should be examined and auscultation needs to be done for that...

If rhonchi heard than bronchodilator nebulization can be given with levosalbutamol respule....
If needed CBC done along with band cell percentage calculation...

Mostly these type of inflammation is viral in origin in child....

I advise you to consult nearby pediatrician for examination and further work up
