What Causes Running Nose Along With Hot Flashes And Tiredness?

I m a 68 year old woman with low energy, sleep apnea, and asthma (not well controlled). History of depression, insomnia, and weigh 115 at 7 1/2 feet tall. I really don t exercise because it hasn t helped in the past. I just get tired for the rest of the day. I m getting a very runny nose about one day a week. It seems to have no rhyme or reason, no matter what climate California, Florida, Oregon, Switzerland. It doesn t seem to matter what I eat. I am taking Levothyroxine, citalopram, and Lorazepam daily, and lately have added benadryl and tylenol at night to aid sleep. I still get hot flashes. Doctors don t help me much, because their time is limited per patient. I don t really blame them. Thank you for any insight you may have into this!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, apart from the depression and anxiety, it must be allergic condition you have and in my opinion it can be well managed with Tab Loratadine three times in day, it is most advisable to come out of anxiety and depression else this could cause ill effect of system because of less sleep hope this information helps.
