l m complaining from rough nail in my right ring finger ,it is easily destructed and has an ugly ,other fingers are normal and regular in shape, l m complaining from that since 6 months without any good progression .... thanks for your helping…

Hi.
As per your case history you are having onychomycosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and trim nails regularly.
2. Apply an antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion twice daily on affected nail.
3. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
