What Causes Right-sided Pain And Numbness In The Head, Dizziness And Confusion?

Hi, yesterday I experienced a sharp sudden headache on the right side of my head (the entire right side) I became very dizzy and a bit confused. I felt like I might black out or pass out and also felt slightly sick to my stomach. Just now I felt a strange persistent numbness on the back right side of my head.... a may have had a history of TIA s in my 20 s but an MRI in my 30 s showed no signs of any damage

Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of brain pathology like TIA or minor stroke is more likely. So better to consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring, clinical examination and MRI of brain. If all these are normal then no need to worry for brain pathology. Migraine can also cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright but rule out brain pathology first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
