What Causes Right-sided Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite?

I am experiencing a sharp pain on my right side that has not subsided with Tylenol. I am also using heating pain and cream which helps until I move, sneeze or cough. I am not nauseous but I don t have an appetite. This has been going on for more than 3 days so I am getting concerned. I thought is was a sprain at first. I was also diagnosed with a UTI a few weeks ago but I took all of my antibiotics and follow-up with doctor and was told it was clear

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
If this is located in upper part of abdomen, you should do ultrasound to rule out gallbladder stones and if placed lower it may be diverticulitis or Appendictis so you should do ultrasound or ct scan to rule this out.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
