What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain And Elevated Enzyme Levels?

I have had my gallbladder out 3 years ago with no relief...I am 52 and relatively good health exept harder to work with extreme r sided pain, elevated enzymes. They suggested ERCP and am afraid it won t help either. I have no ovaries, uterus, etc...also MVP and a few more things. I weigh 105 and N/V has been a huge problem. I was an ICU and ER RN but cannot do much...any suggestions for the ERCP? Thank! l
