I have right sided shoulder/shoulder blade/ribs pain. At times I also have right sided chest pain too but less frequently. The pain is only noticeable when I take deep breaths. It can be sharp and very painful. I have had this for months, maybe 10 months now. I saw my doctor, have since had chest and shoulder X-rays which they say are normal. I have had physio on my back, shoulder etc with no inprovenent in fact it hurts more afterwards. They are nor doing a back X-ray (awaiting results). Movement is not affected although if my arm is not by my side, so above my head when I breath deeply or yawn then the pain is terrible. I believe they are going to send me to a muscle/skeletal specialist as the next step but any help to advise me what this might be would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
