Hi. When I was 20 i elbowed a steel beam at work, I was pulling a rope at full strength, it broke and I elbowed the steel structure behind me, i hit my funny bone badly, but I worked on, it was sore for a month or so but I was still able to work, now I m 23 and started working out, after 3 years of laziness, wen I work out my right elbow ( the one I hit years previously) starts to ace and I havta stop, how do I go about sorting this issue?
