Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that as your cardiac test came out normal then possible cause for your chest pain can be costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage connects rib to breastbone.

Pain killers with physical therapy are choice of treatment. It's recommended for you to continue with painkillers as advised and do some stretching or aerobic activity for 20 min daily.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
