Hello,

Since you are suffering from sinusitis, you should get it treated. Take regular steam inhalation to clear the nasal airways. Get X-ray PNS done to detect any nasal septal deviation or any other pathology that is causing you discomfort. Get clinically examined by an ENT. You will be accordingly treated. In the meantime, for relieve you can take decongestants and antihistamines.

Reduced heart rate, bradycardia may be indicative of problem with the heart (sinus node issue) or other health problem (thyroid issues). Get EKG and other cardiac routine tests done to detect the factor causing you discomfort. Get clinically examined by a cardiologist. You will be accordingly treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
