What Causes Reduced Blood Uric Acid Level While Suffering From Gout?

Dr I have had a gout attack 4 times in the last 4 months including now for the last 3 days.Left area near the right toe has inflamed again.Never before that. I am on Veltham-F,Atorfit-CV and Feburic 40.On 21st September 2015 my Serum Uric Acid has come down from 7.4 to 3.3.Creatinine 1.27.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Following treatment, your uric acid level is decreased and has been back to normal. Also, creatinine is also within normal limits indicating that kidney is functioning normally.
Kindly avoid consumption of nonvegeterian diet and alcohol, as these increases uric acid and precipitate gout. You can maintain it with medications as would be advised by your treating doctor.
