What Causes Redness On The Penis Opening In A 3 Year Old?
As I was putting my 3 yr old in the tub tonight, I noticed that his pee hole was very red. I asked him if it hurt and he told me no, but I can tell if that was just to make me leave him alone. Is there any cause for concern for this? If it stays red, how long should I wait to call his pediatrician?

According to history your child having balanitis.
It might be infection or inflammation.
Retract the foreskin and clean that area with clean water daily.
Don't use soap .it might irritate area.
Salt added warm water is helpful for balanitis.
Hydrocortisone cream apply to reduce inflammation.
If still no problem and fever is present then antibiotic or antifungal cream needed.

Consult doctor if fever is very severe , foreskin can't retracted and foul smell discharge.
