Hi I'm 21 I have been having unprotected sex the last year I had thrush before but this time I have these red bumps come up that are not itchy and are not giving me any pain at all my foreskin seems really red when I pull it back but it's not sore to pull back I'm worried what could this be

Skin lesions over genitalia following unprotected sex , first thing to be suspected is Sexually transmitted disease(STD). I am not telling that what you are having is STD but the first thing that should be ruled out is STD.
There are other skin diseases that are not sexually transmitted , that can affect foreskin . But to differentiate between STD and these diseases a personal examination has to be done.
Either consult your doctor or kindly upload the picture of the lesions so that I can advise you better.

Hi, From symptoms it seems of having fungal infection. It is safe to rule out any STD as there is h/o unprotected sex in the past. Apply anti-fungal cream locally for some time. Keep local hygiene proper. Ok and take care.
