As per your complain and presentation of symptoms Skinlite cream contains a combination or Hydoquinone, Momentosa Furoate and Tretinoin and redness and burning sensation is due to hypersensitivity reaction or allergic reaction to any of the components of the cream.. Nothing to worry as it will be resolved gradually as the allergic effect will subside.. You can take anti-allergic medication like Cetrizine or fexofenadine [ allegra] for relief from allergy symptoms.. Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can be taken, Do cold compresses over the face and wash your face with cold water as it will reduce inflammation and redness and burning will subside slowly.. Do not apply any chemical cosmetic cream over face till you get completely relieved.. You can apply aloevera gel for lubrication.. Once the symptoms subside for skin brightness you can apply a Kojic Acid containing creams like Kojicare, Kojivit as it is safe for long term use and gradually improves skin complexion.. Vitamin E supplements can also be applied.. While going into sun always apply a SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a mild scrub..
