What Causes Reddish Bumps On Back Of Tongue And Tasteless Tongue?

i have red bumps back on my tongue i can touch them like but it is about 2 or 3 i loss my test you think that can cause that there is one on the left all the way back on my tongue i can touch it i have a feelling i loss my test caus e of them anything i eat have no test please can someone help me

The reddish bumps over the back of the can be circumvallate papillitis, nothing to be panic. The loss of taste can be because of the loss of papilla secondary to anemia or nutritional deficiency. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You can take a nutritional supplement like multivitamis like vitamin B6 and 12. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables. Get you blood investigations done to rule out anemia.
