i wonder if you can help me. my boyfriend has developed small red spots on the shaft of his penis and on his bellend. they dont hurt, itch or irritate him, and there is no sign of any puss or inflamation etc. also the skin underneath his shaft is dry and begins to shread, but as soon as he has a shower the dry skin disappears. he occasioanlly uses soap to clean himself in that area, could this be the problem?? or does it sound like something else??
