What Causes Red Spots On Inner Thigh Groin Which Looks Like Bleeding From Inner Skin?

I noticed some red spots on both side of my inner thigh groin. It look like bleeding from inner skin.They dont hurt ,no bumps or itch. It do not spread to other parts of my body but the red spots progressively extended. I just wondering what they are. Regards Joshua
