What Causes Red Spot On The Meatus?

I started feeling some discomfort on my penis. I thought it was just one of those random feelings so I brushed it off. But I started feeling it again so i checked it and I didn t see anything on the tip, which is where it seemed to be. I felt it again, checked , and found a bit of a red spot right near the opening inside the hole. I peed but nothing hurt. Any insight on this?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection on opening of urethra producing red spot causing discomfort.
Apply antibiotic cream for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
